How does the 7-day trial work?

If you are a new to the platform, you can get 7 days completely free, no strings attached. Just simply cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.

Is there a monthly plan or annual plan?

We've got both. The annual plan allows you to get approximately three months free compared to the monthly plan.

What is a retention period?

This is how long your oldest command will stay on the platform for once synced.

Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription any time.

Note: If you cancel your subscription, your subscription perks will be valid until the end of the billing period.

What if I reach my authorised Command allocation?

When you reach 80% of your command allocation threshold, you will be sent an email to alert you. Once you reach your limit, you will be encouraged to either remove some commands, upgrade your plan or reach out to the team if none of the two other solutions are applicable
