We are continually working hard to add new features and functionality in order to meet your needs. Unfortunately there may come a time where you are unhappy with your purchase.

In any case, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can resolve your issue immediately.

When available, documentation for the platform and features is also available online. Please review the documentation and try the platform and our growing feature set before finalising your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

If you’re still unsatisfied with the subscription plan you purchased, please reach out to the team. Please note that we can only issue a refund under specific cases, i.e. the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

• Unistry may decline refund claims in the following cases:
• • Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
• • Inability to use the software due to an operator error.
• • We will not refund or credit the difference between the price you were charged and the limited-time price reduction, such as those that occur during special sales events.
• • Please note that coupon details must be filled in before proceeding to the subscription check-out. We will not apply discounts in retrospect, i.e. to orders that have already been

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days. Upon receiving a refund, your account status will be updated, and your ability to carry out tasks will be frozen. Unistry reserves the right to disable any features, auth token etc. once the refund has actioned.
